How to commission a piece:
1: We discuss your idea and any preferences or requests e.g. if the commission is a gift for someone or if there are particular details you would like emphasised
2: We decide on size & cost, working either with your budget and its accompanying size range, or with a wall space size
3: I check the photo/s you would like me to paint from, making sure they are as high quality as possible
4: Once we have agreed on a final price, I request a non refundable 10% deposit payment to secure your commission slot and to cover materials required prior to beginning
5: We talk about whether you’d like me to send progress pictures once I’ve begun or photos of the initial sketch upon request. Depending on the nature of the piece, it can take between a day to a few days to complete, and in certain cases up to 1-2 weeks.
6: Once completed, we arrange whether you’d like your painting supplied framed/unframed and discuss collection/delivery options depending on where the painting is going. You will also have the option to give the painting a title if you wish.
Please note that these sizes & prices are for guidance, and are by no means the only options available. Many different factors go into the price of a painting, and it is easier to provide a specific price towards the end of the process. I'm always happy to discuss if you have a different size in mind. These prices are for an unframed piece. If you would like to have your painting framed for an additional cost, this is something we can discuss, or I can suggest two different canvas options for unframed pieces. All work will be supplied wired at the back ready to hang.
